5 Things I Hate About Blogging

Blogging is awesome and amazing and for those who don’t have a blog they should start one now. Buuuuuut it can be a real pain in the butt. Here are some things I really don’t like about blogging.

 1) Having to come up with blog posts

This is massively time consuming so to save time, I have a list of post ideas to use. Why would you want to be coming up with posts when you could be writing one?

2) Managing social media accounts

It is sooo tiresome having to post frequently and remember to retweet and promote etc. And after all your hard work, you might hardly get any followers out of it.

3) Plagiarism

Its totally not cool when you spend ages coming up with an original post idea, writing it and then some lazy blogger on the interwebz steals your idea, claiming it’s theirs?! It’s extremely frustrating and sometimes you wonder if you should even bother sorting it out.

4) The technical side of things

Most of us aren’t avid coders so it’s definitely not fun when your blog gets an error that’s stops you from doing *everything*.

5) Having to proofread posts

It’s very time consuming and at the end of the day, you notice 90% of your mistakes after you click publish. It’s still important though so you have to do it.

Why I blog anyway…

Your blog has the ability to give you what you put in and more – things like genuine comments make it all worth while. And you get to make friends with other bloggers even though you’ve never met before.
