It has been ages since my last post. So since this is the month of ABGtL’s second birthday, I’ve decided to end my totally official hiatus.
Recently I’ve gotten into Harry Potter. Now before I get loads of comments calling me a hypocrite because I said I’d never read this series, I have changed my mind and everyone’s wrong sometimes. I think it’s safe to say I’m a total Potterhead now. After reading all the books and watching all the movies (books first, of course!), I promptly signed up for a Pottermore account. After taking all the quizzes, I’ve decided to share my results with you.
I was actually surprised with this one – good surprised though! Hufflepuffs are great. We’re kind, loyal, and hardworking. And not at all useless. Anyone who says otherwise can fight me.
I mean, it could have been worse. I could have gotten a ferret or something. (Spot the reference!)
This is what the Pottermore website says about apple wood wands;
They are powerful and best suited to an owner of high aims and ideals, as this wood mixes poorly with dark magic.
That’s great Hufflepuff does have the lowest amount of dark wizards and witches. One point for Hufflepuff. But the site also says;
The dragon wand tends to be easier to turn to the Dark Arts.
So not so good!
Ilvermorny, for those who don’t know, is the wizard the wizard of school in North America. There’s more about it on the Pottermore website.
I got Thunderbird which represents the soul and favours adventurers.
What are your Pottermore results? Are you a Hufflepuff like me? Tell m in comments or on Twitter @abookwormsguide
